Who I Work With
Counselling can support you with a wide range of experiences. You might be:
Feeling anxious, low, or overwhelmed
Navigating burnout, especially in creative or high-pressure fields
Exploring identity, neurodivergence, or a sense of “not quite fitting in”
Dealing with relationship challenges, family dynamics, or life transitions
Living with self-doubt, perfectionism, or a harsh inner critic
Wanting to understand yourself more deeply or feel more emotionally connected
I work one-to-one with adults (18+) in a space that is:
🧠 Neurodivergent-affirming
⚧️ GSRD-affirmative (Gender, Sexual, and Relationship Diversity)
🌿 Vegan-friendly
🏳️🌈 LGBTQIA+ friendly
This space is especially attuned to:
Neurodivergent adults — or those beginning to explore if this might describe their experience. This includes ADHD, autism, AuDHD, OCD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, dyspraxia, Tourette’s, and other ways of thinking, processing, and experiencing the world. Your traits are recognised and respected, not pathologised.
Adults in arts or entertainment — from performers to behind-the-scenes roles — navigating the pressures, unpredictability, and emotional demands of creative work. With my own lived experience in the arts and music industries, I understand the unique challenges this work can bring.
All sessions are held online, using a secure and easy-to-use video platform. There’s no software to download — you’ll receive a waiting room link at the beginning of our work together, which you can use for each session.
Sessions are typically held once a week, in a regular time slot, to help create consistency and a sense of rhythm in our work. That said, I understand the realities of freelance life, performance schedules, executive dysfunction, and the demands of creative industries - so I aim to offer flexibility where possible if your schedule or needs change.
You're welcome to come just as you are. Some people like to arrive with notes or ideas; others prefer to speak freely in the moment. We can also explore creative ways of working if that feels right for you - this might include writing, music, imagery, or other forms of expression.
We’ll go at a pace that feels manageable, and I’ll regularly check in with you about how the process is feeling. If there are any adjustments that would help make the space more accessible or comfortable, you're very welcome to discuss them with me at any time.
I offer a free 20-minute introductory call: a relaxed, no-pressure space for us to meet, talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, and get a sense of whether we feel like a good fit to work together.

If we decide to move forward, I’ll send over a form for you to complete and our therapy agreement. Once that’s in place, we’ll agree an initial session, where we can discuss the agreement and any reasonable adjustments, before beginning our work at a pace that feels right for you.
You don’t need to have it all figured out before you reach out. When you’re ready, I’m here.
