Online Counselling
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, seeking clarity, or simply needing space to think things through, online counselling can provide a supportive place to pause and be heard. I offer one-to-one counselling sessions for adults across the UK, providing a collaborative, confidential space shaped around you. This includes neurodivergent-affirming therapy and support for adults working in arts and entertainment.
This space may be especially supportive for:
🧠 Adults who identify as neurodivergent, including Autism, ADHD, and related neurodiverse experiences
🎭 Adults working in arts or entertainment, navigating professional pressure, unpredictability, or self-doubt
🌱 Adults experiencing burnout, anxiety, identity questions, or feeling stuck
🔄 Adults looking for reflective counselling, space to process, or reconnect with themselves
My approach is person-centred experiential, which means our work is guided by your experiences, priorities, and pace. I don’t set agendas or try to “fix” you. We explore what matters most in your life in a safe, confidential space, with understanding for neurodivergent ways of thinking and processing.

Feeling anxious, low, or emotionally overwhelmed
Navigating burnout, particularly in creative or high-pressure environments
Exploring identity, neurodivergence, or a sense of “not quite fitting in”
Working through relationship challenges, family dynamics, or life transitions
Living with self-doubt, perfectionism, or a harsh inner critic
Wanting to understand yourself more deeply or feel more emotionally connected
I work one-to-one with adults (18+) in a space that is:
🧠 Neurodivergent-affirming
⚧️ GSRD-affirmative (Gender, Sexual, and Relationship Diversity)
🌿 Vegan-friendly
🏳️🌈 LGBTQIA+ inclusive
This space is especially attuned to:
Neurodivergent adults, or those beginning to explore whether this language resonates with their experience. This includes ADHD, autism, AuDHD, OCD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, dyspraxia, Tourette’s, and other ways of thinking, processing, and experiencing the world. Your traits are recognised and respected as part of human diversity, rather than something to be fixed or pathologised.
Adults working in the arts or entertainment industry — from performers to behind-the-scenes and office-based roles — who are navigating the pressures, unpredictability, and emotional demands of creative work. With lived experience in the arts and music industries, I bring an understanding of the unique challenges this work can involve.

All sessions are held online via a secure and easy-to-use video platform. There’s no software to download — you’ll receive a waiting room link at the start of our work together, which you can use for each session.
Sessions are usually held once a week, in a regular time slot, to support consistency and a sense of rhythm in our work. At the same time, I recognise the realities of freelance life, performance schedules, executive dysfunction, and the demands of creative industries. Where possible, I aim to offer flexibility if your needs or availability change.
You’re welcome to come just as you are. Some people find it helpful to arrive with notes or ideas; others prefer to speak freely in the moment. We can also explore more creative ways of working if that feels supportive for you — this might include writing, music, imagery, or other forms of expression.
We’ll work at a pace that feels manageable, and I’ll regularly check in with you about how the process is feeling. If there are any adjustments that would help make the space more accessible, comfortable, or supportive, you’re very welcome to discuss these with me at any time.

If we decide to move forward, I’ll send you a short form to complete along with a therapy agreement. Once this is in place, we’ll arrange an initial session, where we can go through the agreement together, talk about any reasonable adjustments, and begin our work at a pace that feels right for you.
You don’t need to have it all figured out before you reach out. When you’re ready, I’m here.
