You don’t need to have everything figured out before you get in touch.
Email me to book your free 20-minute exploratory video call: contact@speaktolauren.com
This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we can talk about what’s bringing you to counselling, discuss your availability, answer any questions you have, and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit. The call is confidential, subject to the usual limits around risk of serious harm, safeguarding and legal requirements.

Online counselling sessions are currently offered during the following hours, subject to availability:
Mondays: 10am-3pm
Tuesdays: 9am-3pm
Wednesdays: 12pm-8pm
Thursdays: 9am-2.30pm
Fridays: 8am-2.30pm
Sessions are usually arranged as a regular weekly appointment, which can help provide consistency and rhythm to our work. I also recognise that regular weekly sessions aren't always straightforward, particularly for people working freelance, shifts or changing schedules. Where possible, we can discuss flexibility around this.
Once we've established our work together, fortnightly sessions may also be an option where appropriate, including where weekly counselling isn't financially or practically sustainable.
Sessions are 50 minutes. If you have particular accessibility or scheduling needs, you're welcome to discuss these with me and we'll consider what might work.
I work with adults across the UK, so the times above are UK time. Availability changes as spaces open and close, so we'll discuss current options when you get in touch.
🌐 Online sessions
Sessions are held via a secure, GDPR-compliant Telemedicine platform. There’s no need to download any software, you’ll receive a link to join your session with just one click. If video sessions aren't accessible or comfortable for you, we can discuss whether telephone counselling might be a suitable alternative.
