You might look like you're coping, while underneath you're exhausted from trying to hold everything together. Perhaps you're anxious, burnt out, overwhelmed, disconnected, or just feeling a little “off balance” – and wondering if it might be time to speak to someone.
I work particularly with neurodivergent people and those in the arts and entertainment industries – people who may be used to masking, adapting or pushing through, even when things feel difficult underneath.
This is a space to pause, breathe and speak freely – without judgement, pressure or pretence.
Come As You Are.
My work is grounded in a person-centred experiential approach. This means there’s no formula to follow and no version of yourself you need to become before you come to therapy.
✨ You’re not here to be “fixed” - you’re here to be heard.
🧩 You’re the expert in your own experience.
🌱 We’ll explore what matters to you, at your pace.
🤝 Our relationship is at the heart of the work.
I believe meaningful change can happen when you have the time, safety and connection to really understand what’s going on for you. This is where curiosity, creativity and compassion meet.
Who I Work With
My practice is particularly attuned to:
🧠 Neurodivergent adults — including those who identify as autistic, ADHD, AuDHD or otherwise neurodivergent, as well as those beginning to wonder whether this language might resonate with their experiences.
🎭 Adults working in the arts and entertainment industries — whether you’re on stage, backstage, behind the scenes or in an office role, navigating the uncertainty, pressure and particular challenges that can come with creative work.
I also support adults experiencing:
😔 Anxiety and depression
🔥 Burnout and overwhelm
🪞 Identity and self-esteem struggles
🔄 Life transitions, uncertainty and relationship difficulties
You might be very good at coping, while feeling exhausted underneath it all. You might be used to masking, adapting, pushing through or making things look easier than they feel. Whatever brings you here, we can take the time to understand what’s happening and explore what you want to change.
